Naturally, the hair is colored 1B -2. If you would like us to color the hair, please state the color in the note section. An additional fee will apply. Multiple processes and color treatments can damage hair extensions, which could lead to dryness or shedding.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges once product have been completed as they are custom made. Any request to alter the wig or u-part is at the discretion of the stylist.
Hair will ship approximately 5-7 business days (except holidays) AFTER the ponytail has been completed. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the creation of the product. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. Packages will ship priority via USPS.
